Return Policy - for shopping cart purchases

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return the item in new condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price. If you're not sure if a product is going to work for you we ask that you please keep all packing materials for returning.

No Return Authorization Required

No return authorization number is necessary. Just ship your items back to us with a copy of your invoice or a printout of your confirmation email and a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return. Please include your daytime phone number in case we have any questions.

Warranty Service

Please contact us if you require warranty service on any product purchased from us. We can typically deal directly with the manufacturer to provide faster service. When you return a product to be warrantied to us, please be sure to label the box with "warranty return" to facilitate processing.

International Returns & Exchanges

Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipments to us, including warranty claims. All products must be returned at the customer's expense in order to be refunded or warrantied.

To help facilitate the return process and speed up your resolution, all international returns will be processed as refunds. We regret that we cannot offer exchanges on international returns, but our goal is to issue your refund as quickly as possible, allowing you to place a replacement order at your convenience.
